Overview
Drawing on the tried and tested methods used by CRAB, it is now possible to plan care more strategically. This applies both in clinical practice – for example allocation of critical care beds according to objective clinical need – and to operational management – such as discharge planning according to a clinically predicted length of stay. COMPASS sets everyone on the same course.
